Christopher Johnson, DVM
Dr. Johnson received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 1988, he began working at Archer Veterinary Clinic with Dr. C.M. Poole. Three years later, Dr. Johnson purchased the clinic from Dr. Poole. Dr. Johnson has worked in the veterinary field since 1984, giving him over 30 years of experience. His professional interest is surgery, including orthopedics and advanced soft tissue surgery. He specializes in ear crops and has had patients travel to him from out of state for this procedure.
Dr. Johnson’s favorite part of working at Archer Veterinary Clinic is being a part of the community and caring for its pets. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Johnson loves spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. His favorite hobbies are gardening, do-it-yourself projects, and enjoying the outdoors.
Allison Joe, DVM
Dr. Joe received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 2014. Immediately after, she joined the team at Archer Veterinary Clinic. Her professional interests include internal medicine, ophthalmology, and behavior. Dr. Joe loves working at Archer Veterinary Clinic because she has an awesome support team of technicians, staff, and clients that appreciate her. She enjoys getting to see lots of interesting cases every week.
Dr. Joe and her husband share their home with an Old English Sheepdog named Finnick and two domestic shorthair cats, Balls and Sir Bonkers. In her free time, Dr. Joe enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, and eating good food. Her favorite is sushi.
David Seader, DVM
Dr. Seader, a native New Yorker, graduated from Cornell University with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. His areas of professional interest include ultrasound, surgery, neurology, and internal medicine.
Dr. Seader likes to say he has worked in the veterinary field since he was a child, since he grew up working with his father, uncle, and grandfather at their veterinary practice in New York. Today, he carries on the family tradition at Archer Veterinary Clinic.
Brett Tibbets, DVM
Dr. Tibbets graduated from Iowa State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. He served as a Field Veterinary Officer in the US Army Veterinary Corps for three years before joining Archer Veterinary Clinic in 2016. Dr. Tibbets has professional interests in surgery and military working dogs.
Dr. Tibbets recently moved to the area with two rescue dogs, a Terrier mix named CoCo and a Hound mix named Molly. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, baseball (he’s a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan!), visiting craft breweries, and spending times with his dogs, family, and friends. Dr. Tibbets will be continuing his military career as a Captain in the Reserves (993rd medical detachment out of Aurora, Colorado).
Jennifer Yeh, DVM
Dr. Jennifer Yeh earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to attending veterinary school, Dr. Yeh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She specializes in spay/neuter procedure, and in the past has volunteered her time performing spay/neuter procedure on feral cats in Las Vegas. She has professional interests in preventative medicine and surgical care.
Dr. Yeh grew up in Western Springs, IL before moving to the Naperville area. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, playing video games, and taking her two children to fun places like the zoo, playground, and children’s museum. A few of Dr. Yeh’s favorite things include the Golden Retriever breed, any and all foods with carbs, and the restaurant Los Burritos Tapatios.
Hilary Antosh, DVM
Dr. Hilary Antosh earned her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana. Currently, she is working towards obtaining her Master’s degree in Public Health. Dr. Antosh has professional interests in dentistry, surgical care, and public health.
Dr. Antosh’s first forever friend was a black cat named Salem. Now, she has a Tortoiseshell cat named Ella and a Munchkin cat named Muus. Muus loves posing for his own personal Instagram account and getting into trouble. When Dr. Antosh is not caring for pets at Archer Veterinary Clinic, she enjoys traveling, biking, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband.
Jenin Abad, DVM
Dr. Jenin Abad earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana. She then went on to earn a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. Matthew’s University. Dr. Abad has professional interests in wellness care, preventative medicine, and surgical care.
Native to the Lemont area, Dr. Abad loves practicing high-quality veterinary medicine with the hospital team at Archer Veterinary Clinic. At home, Dr. Abad has found forever friends in three mixed-breed dogs: Sabrina, Duke and Boomer. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and scuba diving.
Samantha Jackson, Practice Manager
Samantha has a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University. She has worked in the veterinary field for 10 years and is a former president of the Chicagoland Veterinary Managers Group. Samantha says the best part about working at Archer Veterinary Clinic is that she never knows what each day will bring. “I love seeing the variety of patients and cases that come here and how established Archer is as part of the Lemont community,” Samantha says. “And lastly I love how everyone who works here is like one big family!”
Samantha lives with her husband and their son Zachary, as well as their three pets, a Boston Terrier named Boz, a Beagle mix named Zoey, and a cat named Beans. In her free time, Samantha enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her family.
